Allow users to be able to accept, decline, or create new calendar events inside the app

Don't display CTA if the contact is missing the channel. i.e. If contact has only phone number, display "Text contact_name", same goes for email. Only display both CTAs if the contact has both channels.

Add the option for teams/members to import existing opt-out lists in bulk
